All hearing systems are sold with a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your hearing system, you have the right to cancel this purchase within 60 days after recieving your hearing system for a full refund. The hearing system must be returned in good working order. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days. "A hearing aid will not restore normal hearing nor will it prevent further hearing loss."
All hearing aids come with a three year warranty from Siemens Hearing Instruments that covers all repairs if malfunctioning and if the hearing aid is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair during the warranty period. Loss and damage coverage requires a $250.00 deductible and a notorized letter explaining the circumstances of the loss or damage, and will only be replaced one time during the warranty period.
Ordering hearing aids from The Hearing Company constitutes acceptance of the Medical Waiver requirement as follows:The Hearing Company has advised you that the Food and Drug Administration has determined that your best interest would be served if you had a medical evaluation by a licensed physician (preferably a physician that specializes in diseases of the ear) before purchasing a hearing aid. And you do not wish to have a medical evaluation before purchasing a hearing aid and that you are 18 years of age or older.
