We include six domes of your choice. Note the size when you check out.(8mm open, 8mm closed, 10mm open, 10mm closed, 8mm/10mm double, 10mm/12mm double) The new mini receivers are acoustically identical to the old ones and can replace them without any additional programming. They include a removable canal lock feature, the domes are easier to put on and don't come off by accident. Old ear molds and domes may not fit the new receivers.
