Use this item to pay the replacement fee if your hearing aids are lost or damaged beyond repair. The manufacturers will replace them one time only. Select quantity two if it is for both aids. Please note the serial number of the lost aid when you check out. If you don't know the serial # of the one you lost, give us the # of the one you still have. The serial # is inside the battery door on BTE's.
