All hearing aids are new with a three year warranty that covers all repairs and includes "loss and damage" coverage. If your hearing aids are lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, they will be replaced by the manufacturer. They will be replaced one time only. There is a $295 fee for each replacement, due at the time of replacement.

Great! I received my Siemens Pure 500 hearing aid "outfit". The engineering and quality of the aids is awesome. Everything worked right out of the box. The TEK remote and wireless transmitter are super cool with the IPod and the TV. Great! I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my new Cielo 2 hearing aid. I really love the remote control and flexibility to adjust the volume up or down without being stuck with the preprogrammed volume level. I am also able to use the phone without squealing and feedback.
